Since the HOME INSPECTION INDUSTRY is NOT regulated throughout the Hawaiian Islands, (there are no licensing requirements) there is NO licensing supervision and minimal accountability.  This means anyone can call themselves a home inspector.  Some unlicensed inspectors have had no construction or renovation experience prior to entering the industry.  Trevor is certified by InterNACHI and has extensive experience with construction, renovation, and customer service, both before and during his career as a professional home inspector.
